Returns and refunds

Standard items

30-day returns from delivery date. Item must be unused, in original packaging.

Engraved items

Final sale. Engraved items can't be returned unless faulty.

How to return

1. Email contact with your order number and reason.
2. We'll send return instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of getting the return label.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Faulty items

If something arrives broken or breaks under normal use, we'll replace it or refund. No timeframe limit for genuine faults.
